2019 PTFS Europe Accomplishments Narrative

The volume of new Koha installations continues to grow across all sectors - academic, public, special and government. We continue to migrate systems from all the major suppliers active in the UK further leading to our sales success. Metabase business analytics has shown good take-up in 2019 with 3 new installations and 2 already ordered for early 2020. Signing a partnership agreement with EBSCO around the installation and support of the FOLIO open source Library Management Platform puts us in a strong position to continue as the only significant support company in the UK with a specialism in implementing open source solutions.
