Located in Princeton, New Jersey, Princeton joins more than 20 institutions that currently subscribe for Concierge consultative support of their Aeon request and workflow management for special collections software. As a new subscriber, Princeton will receive customized care to keep their their staff trained, software current, web pages current and operating at peak efficiency.
January 11, 2023. Duke University subscribes to Atlas Concierge for Access Services. Duke University is the latest subscriber to Concierge for Access Services to support their ILLiad implementation. Duke joins nearly 50 institutions as an Access Services Concierge Subscriber. Located in Durham, North Carolina, Duke University will receive consultative and customized support to keep their staff trained and their ILLiad software current and operating at peak efficiency.

Aeon will enhance the researcher registration process and streamline staff workflows for requests to access of their Manuscript, University Archive, Rare Book, and Modern Political Archive collections.

The Boston Public Library is now live using Aeon to manage reader requests and staff workflows for their Archives, Arts, and Rare Books & Manuscripts collections. Located in Boston, Massachusetts, the Boston Public Library is the third public library and join more than 100 institutions currently using Aeon in production.
August 30, 2022. The University of Pittsburgh is now live using Aeon. Atlas announced its implementation of Aeon at the University of Pittsburgh Library System within its Archives & Special Collections department. August 3, 2022. The Archdiocese of Boston Archives is live with ArchivesSpace supported by Atlas Systems. The Archdiocese of Boston Archives is live using ArchivesSpace to manage and provide access to their collections. Located in Braintree, Massachusetts, the Archdiocese of Boston Archives collects, preserves, and provides access to materials related to the history of the Catholic Church in New England, particularly in eastern Massachusetts. Its collections span roughly from the establishment of the diocese in 1808 to the present day and consist of archival materials in all formats. It is the mission of the Archives to assist researchers in their scholarly, genealogical, and other work in an effort to cultivate a better understanding and appreciation of the history of the Archdiocese and the Boston Catholic community.
June 28, 2022. Creighton University live on ILLiad with Atlas' Access Services Concierge. Creighton University is live using ILLiad for resource sharing. Located in Omaha, NE, Creighton joins nearly 1,000 institutions currently ILLiad. Creighton library staff will use ILLiad to manage all of their library's borrowing, lending, and document delivery through a single interface. Atlas assisted with the implementation and installation of ILLiad for Creighton and OCLC will continue to provide hosting and support. Creighton University has selected Atlas' Concierge Services to continue working to automate processes with ILLiad.
