(Carlsbad, CA - November 19, 2001) - EOS International (EOS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Graeme Wilson, EOS Implementation Manager, and Susan Rogers, EOS Training Coordinator, to head the New Client Ambassador Program. The New Client Ambassador Program is a proactive program designed to initiate the client-vendor partnership with each client promptly after they purchase a new product line or module in order to confirm their implementation plan, address any immediate needs they foresee and to see if they require any additional services or guidance from EOS International staff members. This program is yet another service added to the already heightened corporate-wide commitment EOS International staff has towards providing clients with the highest quality support and services in the industry.
"We want to proactively take the work out of library automation and make our clients jobs as easy as possible, in whatever way we can," said Graeme Wilson of his new role as Q Series Ambassador. "We are here to serve our clients and initiate a strong, efficient partnership with them from the moment they select us as their automation partner."
"We couldn’t possibly place our clients in more qualified hands than Graeme Wilson and Susan Rogers," said Tony Saadat, Chief Operating Officer. "Their extensive knowledge, history with our company and products, and commitment to client care, are not only demonstrated daily but receive consistent kudos from all clients they work with. They are both valued technical resources for our client services and support staff, skilled Certified EOS Trainers, and fulfill all roles placed upon them beyond expectation."
Graeme Wilson has been with EOS for 12 years and holds a Masters of Science Degree in Information Management from the University of Strathclyde (UK), in addition to a Masters of Arts Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Glasgow (UK). Susan Rogers, the GLAS Ambassador, has a Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and has been with EOS for 11 years.
