BURNSVILLE, MN, February 26, 1999. Sagebrush Corporation announces the election of William J. Wisneski to the Board of Directors of the corporation. Mr. Wisneski's addition brings the total number of board members to seven.
William J. Wisneski also serves as a Director of Inso Corporation (NASDAQ: INSO). This Boston, Massachusetts based company is a leading global provider of electronic publishing and content management tools for critical business information. Previously, Mr. Wisneski served as Executive Vice President of Houghton Mifflin Company, leading the School Division, the company's largest operating division. He was also President of Houghton Mifflin's subsidiary, The Riverside Publishing Company. Mr. Wisneski's earlier experience includes over 20 years in senior management positions at Harcourt Brace & Co., one of the world's largest publishers.
