Ex Libris (USA) is pleased to announce the opening of their East Coast Office, located in the Boston area. The office, on Galen Street in Watertown, Massachusetts, will house staff dedicated to supporting the rapidly growing number of ALEPH customers located along the east coast, including SUNY, CUNY, Boston College, Brandeis University and Hebrew College among others. The office will also house the Information Services Division of Ex Libris (USA).
"The rapid acceptance of our products by libraries has resulted in the steady growth of Ex Libris. This combined with our commitment to working closely with customers are the primary reasons we`ve decided to locate an office here" said Carl Grant, President. "Our Chicago office will continue to serve as our North American Headquarters while the east coast office will put staff in close proximity to some of our major customers. The Information Services Division, which is also being housed here, is responsible for some of our newer products like Sfx, our reference-linking product, which can be utilized by customers with any type of automated system. This division will be making other new product announcements later this year."
The products marketed by Ex Libris are now in over 530 installations with more than 17,000 concurrent users in 41 countries. Ex Libris is a multi-national company with offices located around the world.
