Abstract: Auto-Graphics, Inc. announced it has signed a contract with Alibris, the world''s easiest and most reliable source for hard-to-find books. This union will enable libraries and their patrons to purchase out-of-print, out-of-stock and rare books through local library channels.

POMONA, Calif., January 20, 2000. In an effort to continue to add new and innovative services, Auto-Graphics, Inc. (OTCBB: AUGR) today announced it has signed a contract with Alibris, the world's easiest and most reliable source for hard-to-find books. This union will enable libraries and their patrons to purchase out-of-print, out-of-stock and rare books through local library channels.

Auto-Graphics and Alibris have created this alliance to provide innovative Internet resources to empower local libraries with additional electronic gateways for their library patrons.

Mr. William J. Kliss, Chief Operating Officer, Auto-Graphics, stated "The explosive growth of the Internet makes access to information resources more readily available. Libraries across the United States and Canada depend on Auto-Graphics in their quest to become Web-enabled. Our products and services provide a Web-based solution to library automation that enables broad content-rich access to information without overburdening library staff or budgets. As the library-of-tomorrow evolves, we will be there innovating, listening, suggesting and continuing to be the libraries source for technological products backed with knowledge and service."

Brian Elliott, Vice President Business Development at Alibris stated, "Millions of books are sought after by readers, researchers, and librarians when they are no longer in print or when they are out-of-stock indefinitely. Our agreement with Auto-Graphics further decreases the probability that a patron will hear the words ‘I'm sorry, that book is not available."
