Ex Libris (USA) announced today that Dr. Michael Kaplan, Associate Dean of Libraries and Director of Technical Services at Indiana University Libraries, is joining the company as the Director of Product Management.
Dr. Kaplan's impressive career includes working at Harvard College Library for twenty years, extensive involvement in professional associations and with bibliographic utilities, authoring numerous publications, and speaker at professional conferences around the world. He is the winner of numerous awards, including the LITA/Library Hi-Tech award in 1998.
