Joe Matthews, former Vice President of Sales, has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Business Development. He will spearhead the development of an internet-oriented strategic business plan designed to maximize EOS' strategic position in the information industry. Matthews will also be responsible for strategic selling to key accounts, as the company continues its successful deployment of the Q Series system.
Mark Patterson has been appointed to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In his new role, Patterson will oversee all of EOS' worldwide sales and marketing activities. In addition to his current responsibilities supervising the company's international operations and the Marketing Department, Patterson will now oversee the North American sales effort. For eight years prior to his international role, Patterson managed the North American Sales and Marketing Departments.
Suzanne Kratz, who has been with the company for 10 years, has been promoted to North American Sales Manager. Prior to this appointment, Kratz led the North American Client Sales Department as Client Sales Manager, achieving all goals set for her group. Kratz's expanded role will include management of all EOS North American Sales staff, including the New Sales group and North American distributors.
