DES PLAINES, IL, USA August 9, 1999:-- Endeavor Information Systems Inc. announced that David Carlson has joined the company as Customer Support Manager, reporting to Jim Miesse, Director of Customer Services. Carlson will manage the day to day operations of the customer support department, including library and technical support. He will also function as a customer advocate to Endeavor senior management.
Carlson comes to Endeavor from Corporate Express, Inc., where he was the Customer Service Manager. At Corporate Express, he was responsible for managing the start-up of the Illinois Division of the customer service group, and directly supervising a staff including online consultants, data entry clerks and customer support representatives. Carlson has varied and extensive experience in all facets of customer support and call centers, having worked for such companies as Ameritech Cellular and Paging, Follett Software Company, and Apple Computer.
