EnvisionWare extends PlatinumPLUS service to San Diego County Library

Abstract: EnvisionWare, a leading provider of self-service and library efficiency solutions, announced today that Bryce Kibbey has joined EnvisionWare as a dedicated support engineer for San Diego County Library. After completing advanced training on EnvisionWare products, including the 24-Hour Library™, Bryce will serve as an extension of the San Diego County Library team. Working directly with San Diego County Library staff, he will be providing ongoing assistance as well as immediate, onsite response to technical concerns.


Atlanta, GA, February 12, 2015 – EnvisionWare, a leading provider of self-service and library efficiency solutions, announced today that Bryce Kibbey has joined EnvisionWare as a dedicated support engineer for San Diego County Library.

Bryce comes to EnvisionWare after 17 years with Checkpoint Systems, where his most recent position was Senior Field Engineer focused on RFID and EAS systems. Bryce has a strong background in implementation, service, and product management and specializes in electronics and electromechanics.

After completing advanced training on EnvisionWare products, including the 24-Hour Library, Bryce will serve as an extension of the San Diego County Library team. Working directly with San Diego County Library staff, he will be providing ongoing assistance as well as immediate, onsite response to technical concerns.

San Diego County Library is a long-term EnvisionWare customer. The Library currently uses PC Reservation and LPT:One for computer and print management, EnvisionWare RFID, and automated sorters. San Diego also provides outreach services in two locations with the 24-Hour Library. As an EnvisionWare PlatinumPLUS level customer, San Diego receives the highest level of support: dedicated support, 1-hour, 24/7 onsite response, and local replacement hardware and parts.

The San Diego service area is part of a North American network of 7 service operations across the United States staffed by EnvisionWare support engineers. These service centers are supported by 200 trained contract hardware technicians throughout the USA, as well as a support partner in Canada.
