Duluth, GA August 18, 2014. Pease Public Library has joined the Howe Evergreen Consortium. Pease serves over 4,000 patrons in Plymouth, New Hampshire, and boasts a collection of nearly 39,000 items. Equinox handled their migration and will continue supporting them through the Howe Evergreen Consortium.

Howe's Systems Librarian, Pamela Smith, has provided training and migration support along with Equinox's project manager, Jenny LaJeunesse. Smith had this to say about the migration:

"Howe Library is pleased to add Pease Public Library to our Howe/Evergreen Project. Pease Library in Plymouth, New Hampshire, is the seventh library to join our consortium and, with nearly 39,000 items, is the largest library to be added to Howe/Evergreen. We have enjoyed working closely with the Pease staff the past seven months and want to commend Pease on their hard work, their successful Evergreen launch, and offer a special mention for their outstanding and stunning new OPAC."

Rebekka Mateyk, Director of Pease Public Library added:

"The Pease Public Library appreciates the Howe Library for inviting them to join the Howe/Evergreen Project. The technical expertise of Pam Smith and the Howe organization in addition to Equinox's project management, makes it possible for smaller libraries to migrate to the Evergreen circulation software. Utilizing Evergreen as our circulation software and the technical support and training provided by the Howe Library, allows us to operate more efficiently and effectively for our patrons."
