Abstract: EnvisionWare announced the planned opening of a new service location in Upstate New York. The new location is part of a phased strategy to expand regional outreach to customers in order to provide a faster response to complex technical issues and project and implementation service needs.

Atlanta, GA, November 15, 2013 EnvisionWare, a leading provider of self-service and library-efficiency solutions, announced today the planned opening of a new service location in Upstate New York. The new location is part of a phased strategy to expand regional outreach to customers in order to provide a faster response to complex technical issues and project and implementation service needs.

EnvisionWare has hired Jamie Wells to serve as Implementation Consultant for this location. He will be headquartered in Ithaca, NY. Jamie is an expert in EnvisionWare's PC Reservation and LPT:One products, payment systems, copiers and other related technologies. Prior to becoming implementation consultant, Jamie has been involved in the sale and support of EnvisionWare products through a vendor partner and served as product advisor to EnvisionWare for nearly a decade.

"Jamie will hit the ground running," said Scott Fothergill, EnvisionWare's Chief Operating Officer. "He brings EnvisionWare experience coupled with deep technical knowledge and a very strong commitment to customer service. In addition, Jamie understands ecommerce systems, microprocessor controlled devices, RFID and complex technical systems."

"The influx of new business has our consultants heavily scheduled. We've been planning to add more field engineering staff and New York was our next location. Having an experienced and trusted colleague ready to go is very fortunate for us and for our customers," said EnvisionWare's CEO and co-founder, Mike Monk. "Not only does Jamie's knowledge and commitment serve our customers well, but his location fills a strategic need for our business. We are preparing the infrastructure so that he can begin operations in less than 30 days."

As part of its commitment to service, EnvisionWare delivers all implementation services and project management through employees, rather than outsourcing to a third party. This enables the company to control the end-to-end customer experience and to leverage the customer feedback for ongoing service delivery improvements. In addition to staff, EnvisionWare has a backup outsourced team of two hundred field hardware technicians to facilitate same day hardware service to customers around the country. Software services are provided 24x7 from location around the globe.
