The agreement grants EMpact the rights to sell IOP's print and electronic journals in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Trinidad, Central America, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Aruba and the Caribbean, including the Bahamas.
