Boston and Oxford – Credo Reference (www.credoreference.com), recently named "Best Overall" Reference Database 2012 by Library Journal, is pleased to announce the hiring of Jillian Tweet, continuing the significant growth trend that began in late 2010 and has seen the staff more than double in size.
Jillian Tweet brings a unique and valuable skillset to Credo Reference, with over 10 years combined experience in publishing and customer service. She holds a degree in Communications Studies from Bloomsburg University.
In her role as Account Manager Jillian will work with Credo Reference libraries to help them get the most from their investment in Credo services and collections; she will also be working with Credo's international partners, supporting their efforts on behalf of Credo. "I'm thrilled to join the Credo team, it is such an exciting time," commented Jillian.
Jillian joins the team led by Carol Helton, Credo's VP of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. "Jillian's enthusiasm for working with our customers and international partners will make her a tremendous asset to Credo and our commitment to service," noted Helton.
