OMONA, CA. - February 15, 2011 - AgentLegal, Inc., today announced the release of AgentLegal Electronic Resource and Research Management Suite, Version 3.0, focused on containing, controlling and reducing resource and research costs. AgentLegal solutions monitor the searching of critical information resources, including subscription data sources, document and content management systems, email, internal data repositories, and the open web. The solutions support extensive user, resource and client matter tracking; enhancing research effectiveness by offering federated search, and personalized portals. The suite offers comprehensive reporting, analytics, and integration with existing management and accounting systems.

The AgentLegal suite consists of a core component, eResource Manager; and three integrated modules: Research Director, Personal Workplace and Advanced Reporting:

AgentLegal eResource Manager, tracks billable and non-billable research activity, providing detail client matter analysis and usage reporting for managing resources and allocating costs.

AgentLegal Research Director Module supports federated searching of subscription and non-subscription data sources, document and content management systems, email, internal data repositories, and the open web. Client matters are tracked for all resources using native search and the familiar Lexis and Westlaw syntax-based format.

AgentLegal Personal Workplace Module offers users a portal or intranet extension for a single point of access to all content. Relevant content can be saved and shared with peers. Personalization features include calendar integration with MS Outlook, import of Internet favorites and RSS feeds

AgentLegal Advanced Reporting Module provides a report writer and extensive library of customizable reports; supporting drill down detail for analysis of contracted and out of contracted subscriptions. Interactive dashboards offer extensive business intelligence features for analysis and problem resolution.
