Chow has a proven track record of successfully developing strategic as well as tactical marketing capabilities for leading edge technology companies.

Chow will have responsibility for all of LogiXML's marketing efforts including product management, product marketing, positioning, and all corporate communications. He will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
During Chow's career, he has helped companies successfully launch new products, enter new growth markets, and dramatically scale their operations. Before joining LogiXML, Chow was vice president of product marketing at SafeNet, one of the world's largest providers of encryption technology, where he led marketing for product lines in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific as the company's revenue grew from $325 million to $480 million. Before SafeNet, he was Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Group1 Software, where he played a key role driving the company's growth from $69 million to $220 million. He has held other marketing leadership roles in firms in Silicon Valley, including at Network Alchemy, ONETOUCH Systems, and his own firm, Telemanagement Associates, which he sold in 1994.
