Carlsbad, CA Ė July 24, 2009) EOS International announced today that from The National Law Journalís (NLJ) "Top 250" law firms list, EOS International counts nearly thirty percent of them clients. This makes EOS, the leading library services and knowledge management company, the number one supplier of integrated library solutions (ILS) to the nationís most elite law firms.
Eligibility for NLJís "Top 250" is based on a firm's total number of attorneys, not including contract or temporary attorneys, and the firm must have more lawyers based in the United States than in any other single country. Starting salaries for first-year associates was also taken into consideration.
EOS obtained its percentage of top law firms by providing law librarians with tools to manage and utilize their complex collections, while making it accessible to their attorneys and paralegals both on site and remotely. None of the other library automation and knowledge management vendors match EOS Internationalís share of the top law firms market for precisely these reasons.
Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing Salvatore Provenza commented, "We are extremely proud of our share in NLJís "Top 250" list. Our products and services are designed to meet the ever-growing and changing needs of law firms, as well as other libraries across all markets and regions." He also stated that, "Because EOS.Web offers a comprehensive solution, our client law firms have the ability to manage all of their resources and information throughout the entire organization."
