Lee Cuthbert also joined the ITG marketing staff, supporting Robyn with a focus on company communications and product support.
Robyn, based in ITG’s Norcross, Georgia headquarters, is responsible for the execution and management of marketing strategies including interactive, advertising, direct mail, communications and brand positioning. She had been marketing director for her own interactive web development company, Figit, LLC. She was also previously the head of marketing for the Orlando, FL office of Cushman & Wakefield, the world's largest privately-owned commercial real estate firm.
Daniel is based in Los Angeles, and as Project Implementation Specialist he performs support and installation in the Western and Northern Regions of the US. Before joining ITG, he spent two years as an IT Desktop/On-Site Remote Manager at UBS Investment Bank, and he had been a Field Technician for Micro World for five years.
New Product Roll-Out
In July, ITG debuted its new DiaMond RFID/EM combination security pedestals at the American Library Association Annual Conference. Through a partnership with Netherlands firm Dialoc ID, ITG is now able to deliver the first generation of hybrid EM/RFID security systems for libraries, designed for optimal effectiveness in logistics and security.
ITG also began a full roll-out of its Automated Library Patron Services (ALPS) print and computer management product during the third quarter. The subscription-based service allows for complete management of a public computing environment in one package with no up-front costs or hidden fees.
