Abstract: David A.L. Smith, longtime Automation Consultant for the Geac Computer Company's Library Division, has joined the Maxcess Corporation as National Accounts Manager.


Greenbelt, MD -- September 10, 1998. David A.L. Smith, longtime Automation Consultant for the Geac Computer Company's Library Division, has joined the Maxcess Corporation as National Accounts Manager.

Mr. Smith worked with Geac for 9.75 years during which time he was responsible for bringing more than 70 libraries to Geac as ADVANCE customers. Before joining Geac David was an Air Force Library Director and an automation consultant for libraries throughout the United States and Europe.
