Abstract: Bibliotheca RFID Library Systems named André Koitzsch as Chief Sales Officer effective December 1, 2007 to lead Bibliotheca's international Sales Strategy.

André Koitzsch, Chief Sales Officer since December 1, 2007, is in charge of Bibliotheca's international Sales Strategy. In order to enhance market penetration and to address hidden market potentials, he will intensify sales cooperation with existing and new partners. Holding a Master's degree in information technology, André Koitzsch consistently thinks market- and customer-centered. Previously, he worked as Business Unit Manager for a leading IT- wholesale company. André has over 12 years' experience in leading positions in IT distribution, international product marketing and partner management.

The Swiss team also received reinforcement in the shape of Barbara Strebel as new Assistant Sales & Marketing. A business graduate, Barbara spent the previous five years working in sales for multinational, technical enterprises. She will focus on international marketing and give more support to the global distribution partners.

Hartmut Marder, CEO Bibliotheca Germany, gains two sales professionals according to the increasing market potentials: Dirk H. Schagen and Harry Thürer. Key Account Manager Dirk H. Schagen will be in charge of Germany's North. Harry Thürer will attend to the customers in central Germany. The sales team in Reutlingen continues to be responsible for the South. Libraries will be able to profit directly: The sales crews boost means more individual attendance to existing and new customers as well as intensified customer assistance with ongoing projects and public tenders.

Joining Bibliotheca on December 10, 2007, Dirk H. Schagen draws on more than 30 years of sales experience in leading positions in various businesses, among others as sales manager at Mohn Media/Bertelsmann AG.

With a Master's in electronic engineering, Harry Thürer has held diverse posts in sales and project management for specific IT solutions during the last 28 years. In January 2008, he will start working as Key Account Manager with Bibliotheca's German team.

The global player Bibliotheca RFID Library Systems ranks third of RFID library providers worldwide. The strategy of sales boost will decisively strengthen its international market presence and local service.
