(Carlsbad, CA - November 12, 2007) Internationally-recognized library services provider EOS International, in conjunction with SMR International, announced today the availability of new knowledge services templates designed to be used with the EOS.Web products. The knowledge services templates will enable enhanced knowledge development and sharing across organizations by creating a singlesource for accessing all collected data and personnel expertise in an organization's special library.

The new templates work in conjunction with the EOS.Web product, allowing knowledge managers to organize electronic or multimedia items, as well as traditional library materials, to contact fields for individuals or organization connected with the captured information. The templates allow end-users

access to further information, advice, or clarification about the product, context, or process by utilizing subject matter experts connected to their search of library materials. Templates for legal, medical, corporate, government, and humanities organizations are available, each designed to reflect the specific knowledge sharing needs of those organizations.

"One of the primary concerns for our clients centers around their growing need to link non-traditional sources and items into the larger knowledge infrastructure," stated Tony Saadat, CEO of EOS International. "The integration of the templates into EOS.Web brings us one step closer to being the most robust, all-inclusive knowledge management tool for special libraries," stated Saadat.

"The modern organization requires much more than keeping track of books. Some organizations no longer collect books or similar hard-copy materials," stated Guy St. Clair, CEO of SMR International.

"Yet they have materials like URLs and internal data programs that need to be organized and accessible. The new EOS International knowledge services templates are designed to make managing and distributing records, in any media, as simple as possible," St. Clair concluded.
