Ms. Dushkin brings over 20 years of technology experience in leading efforts to define product requirements, understanding and responding to market trends, turning concepts into products, and launching products to market. Ms. Dushkin comes to Ex Libris from NICE Systems, where her last position was vice president of strategic planning and business operations. Prior to NICE, she held senior executive positions at Oracle Corporation and ReachCast Corporation.
