POMONA, CA. - May 8, 2006 -- Auto-Graphics, Inc. (AUGR.PK), a technology innovator providing library automation solutions for over 35 years, announced today a sales and marketing partnership with iTeam Resources, Inc, an Orlando-based provider of turnkey cost recovery solutions for academic and public libraries. The partnership provides customers with any Auto-Graphics' AGent library automation product access to iTeam's entire suite of cost recovery solutions, including computer desktop management, computer reservation, computer desktop time management, print cost recovery, cash card systems, coin and bill devices, cash card readers, photo identification, e-commerce solutions and library cards.

Libraries using Auto-Graphics products can now more effectively meet their patrons' needs for public computer usage, printing and copying services. The iTeam product suite helps libraries manage patron requests without additional burden on library staff members. Patrons can use the system to reserve computer time, request and pay for printing and copying jobs, add cash to their library account balances and pay library fees and fines. These added capabilities create a better patron experience with less waiting time, while providing the means for libraries to recover the cost of printing and copying materials, improve their fine collection system and free library staff for other tasks.

"We are thrilled to offer library customers cost recovery solutions that integrate directly with our AGent library automation products, helping them realize significant savings while improving staff workflow and patron satisfaction," said Paul Cope, president of Auto-Graphics. "The partnership with iTeam supports our mission of providing exceptional value to our customer base of over 5,000 libraries in North America."

As part of the agreement, both companies will jointly market and sell the iTeam products, while iTeam will install, maintain and support the cost recovery products. "We're excited to provide Auto-Graphics' customers with quality turnkey solutions that provide patrons with the convenience of self-service, helping to free up library staff for other tasks," remarked Megan Newell, president of iTeam Resources. "With more than 25 years supporting public and academic libraries, we are confident that our partnership with Auto-Graphics will significantly benefit all parties involved."
