DigiTool Debuts in Mexico

Abstract: Ex Libris announced that the University of Guadalajara, Mexico has selected DigiTool as its digital asset management system--becoming the first Mexican institution to acquire this product. The University plans to make DigiTool a key element in its soon-to-be inaugurated digital library which will serve as the technological platform supporting its research and academic activities.


Guadalajara, Mexico -- March 16, 2006. Grupo Sistemas Logicos, the exclusive distributor of Ex Libris? products in Mexico, is pleased to announce that the University of Guadalajara, Mexico has selected DigiToolŪ as its digital asset management system--becoming the first Mexican institution to acquire this product. The University plans to make DigiTool a key element in its soon-to-be inaugurated digital library which will serve as the technological platform supporting its research and academic activities. DigiTool will facilitate access to information by offering a variety of online services and will enable the University to make important documentation available to the public.
