Woburn, MA (December 6, 2005) – Inmagic, Inc. today announced the appointment of Joe Forgione, CEO of mValent, to its Board of Directors, and the appointment of Paul Lucidi, vice president of the IT Center of Excellence at The Gillette Company (which was recently acquired by Procter & Gamble), to its Board of Advisors.

Mr. Forgione is president and CEO of mValent, a leader in automated applications management software. Prior to mValent, Mr. Forgione was vice president of solutions for Novell. He also served as president and CEO of content management leader Eprise, a company that he took public, and held a number of positions at Lotus (now part of IBM) including vice president and general manager of Notes solutions.
"Joe Forgione's extensive experience within the software industry, his specific knowledge of content management, and his sales and marketing expertise will be a great asset to Inmagic's Board of Directors," said Green. "We are looking forward to his contributions to Inmagic."
Mr. Lucidi is vice president of the IT Center of Excellence at The Gillette Company, with responsibility for worldwide IT Strategy, the IT Program Management Office, IT integration of newly-acquired companies, internal governance processes, organizational performance
reporting, and global communications. In addition, Mr. Lucidi worked closely with Gillette's global marketing organization to build the Gillette Global Marketing Resource Center, which was created to support the sharing of best practice business processes, gold standard documents and templates, and other marketing resources.
