Coles will be primarily responsible for sales of the company's Horizon Information Management System and related products to academic libraries in the United Kingdom.
Coles has more than 30 years' experience in the library marketplace and has held senior sales and management positions at B.H. Blackwell and Nielsen BookData. Through his roles at both companies, Coles worked with libraries and library suppliers on a regular basis, giving him a broad understanding of the needs and challenges facing libraries of today.
