Abstract: EOS International announces the expansion of its Client Care Program.

(Carlsbad, CA - March 29, 2004) Market leader EOS International announces the expansion of its enthusiastically received Client Care Program (CCP). The newly internationalized CCP program has been optimized to serve EOS clients better than ever. EOS International is now equipped with the best service and support technologies like SupportNet, our web-based client support site, in the industry.

The original CCP program was established in 2002 by EOS International CEO, Tony Saadat, to help the company maintain close communications with its client base. In fact, everyone in the company, from the CEO on down, participates in the program, proactively contacting clients to discover how well EOS products and services are working for them.

The goals of the program are to help EOS International maintain open communications with our clients, make certain any open service issues are resolved, to educate EOS personnel about client operations and issues, let the client know about the benefits of SupportNet and product ListServs, inform them about local area user groups, and to make certain EOS is meeting, if not exceeding, its service guarantee.

"We've been running the program in the US for about 18 months and it is very exciting to expand our successful US-based Client Care Program to our international clients. EOS clients are happy to hear from us and to find out what's new at EOS," states EOS Director of Client Services, Jeff Smith. "Many clients would like to know more about the wealth of services we have to offer, such as local area user groups, and new products we are developing all the time. Our Client Care calls are a nice way to keep our clients up-to-date, and at the same time, receive a 'report card' back from them on how we are doing."

EOS International is a leading global library information management software and services provider with a client base of over 3,000 special libraries. A client-driven company nominated for a Computerworld Smithsonian award, EOS library automation software products (EOS.Web(tm), EOS Q-SeriesŪ, EOS GLASŪ, and hosted, EOS e-Library ServicesŪ) serve the stringent knowledge and content management needs of corporate, legal, medical, government and special libraries of all sizes.
