Abstract: EOS International announces the expansion of its Client Care Program.

(Carlsbad, CA - March 29, 2004) Market leader EOS International announces the expansion of its enthusiastically received Client Care Program (CCP). The newly internationalized CCP program has been optimized to serve EOS clients better than ever. EOS International is now equipped with the best service and support technologies like SupportNet, our web-based client support site, in the industry.

The original CCP program was established in 2002 by EOS International CEO, Tony Saadat, to help the company maintain close communications with its client base. In fact, everyone in the company, from the CEO on down, participates in the program, proactively contacting clients to discover how well EOS products and services are working for them.

The goals of the program are to help EOS International maintain open communications with our clients, make certain any open service issues are resolved, to educate EOS personnel about client operations and issues, let the client know about the benefits of SupportNet and product ListServs, inform them about local area user groups, and to make certain EOS is meeting, if not exceeding, its service guarantee.

"We've been running the program in the US for about 18 months and it is very exciting to expand our successful US-based Client Care Program to our international clients.
