POMONA, CA. — January 6, 2004— Auto-Graphics, Inc. (OTCBB: AUGR) announced today that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has signed an agreement to implement Auto-Graphics' AGent Portal and Library Automation (formerly VERSO) modules. The FDA purchased the AGent Portal for its sophisticated, employee-centric broadcast searching capabilities. The FDA's main library and each of its three branches will be using the AGent Library Automation module in order to combine resources and expand access to information for their library users.

AGent is Auto-Graphics premier library management system that provides quick, easy, and seamless messaging transactions for resource sharing and document delivery. Modular by design, AGent effectively enhances a library's technology investment by providing an appropriate level of infrastructure based on the client's current system architecture and future needs. All AGent modules are 100% web-based with an unparalleled easy-to-use interface for staff and library patrons. AGent Library Automation is the MARC-based circulation, serials and acquisitions module of AGent.

“It is vital that our library offers our users the latest technology when it comes to accessing information. The AGent Portal and Library Automation modules offer an easy to use interface with the power and flexibility we demand,” commented Karen Kapust, Director of the FDA's Division of Library and Information Services.

“We understand the FDA's requirements for a sophisticated yet user-friendly portal and library automation system and are pleased to be able to provide the AGent solution. Auto-Graphics looks forward to working with the FDA to meet its current and future system needs,” said Albert Flores, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Auto-Graphics.
