Abstract: Auto-Graphics announced that the Library and Archives Canada has completed testing of the ability of AGent to successfully send Interlibrary Loan requests via the ISO 10160/10161 protocols.

POMONA, CA. — November 10, 2003— Auto-Graphics, Inc. (OTCBB: AUGR) is pleased to announce that the Library and Archives Canada has completed testing of the ability of AGent to successfully send Interlibrary Loan (ILL) requests via the ISO 10160/10161 protocols. This standard enables libraries with different systems to exchange information in a consistent manner. NAVIS, the Library's existing Protocol-based ILL management system, was used during the testing.

AGent's Resource Sharing Module, used during the testing, is fully ISO/ILL capable, and supports the Interlibrary Loan Protocol Implementors Group (IPIG) profile, enabling users to interface with numerous third party ILL systems. AGent is Auto-Graphics' premier library management system that allows users to simultaneously search multiple databases, full-text repositories, the web, and local catalogues through a single search interface. Modular by design, AGent makes one's technology investment work by providing the right level of infrastructure based on the client's current system architecture and future needs. Offered as a hosted service or perpetual license, available AGent modules include Authentication, Portal, Resource Sharing (ILL), Cataloguing, Statistics, and Library Automation (circulation).

“Library and Archives Canada thoroughly tests each version of ISO ILL systems for both technical interoperability and smooth workflows, and AGent passed our testing requirements with flying colors,” commented Eileen Lim, Acting Manager, ILL Support Services.

Albert Flores, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Auto-Graphics said, “Library and Archives Canada has a solid history in ILL implementation that it continuously improves. We are pleased to have passed their rigorous testing process for ISO ILL interoperability.”
