Ex Libris (USA) is pleased to announce that Ms. Katrina M. Anderson will be joining Ex Libris as the vice president of U.S. operations.
Ms. Anderson brings over 15 years of library automation experience to Ex Libris. Her most recent position was director of customer services at Innovative Interfaces. She holds a bachelor`s degree in history and women's studies from the University of California, Los Angeles and a master`s degree in library and information science from the University of California, Berkeley.
In her new role, Ms. Anderson will be responsible for liaising with the Company`s ALEPH customers in North America and handling customer support and project management and implementation in that region. Ms. Anderson will also oversee financial, administrative, and human-resource operations for the entire spectrum of the North American activity.
