Baumgartner is familiar with libraries in the Midwest, Northeast and East Coast from several years of library sales at epixtech and The Library Corporation (TLC). He will oversee the sales process for libraries in the eastern United States and eastern Canada, directing the team that introduces Endeavor's ENCompass system for managing, searching and linking digital collections; LinkFinderPlus comprehensive linking system and the Voyager integrated library management system to academic and research libraries.
