| Other Information | The Joint University Librarians Advisory Committee (JULAC) represents libraries of the eight tertiary education institutions funded by the University Grants Committee (UGC) of the Hong Kong SAR Government. The JULAC libraries are issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) with the expectation of contracting for a next-generation shared library system that fits closely with JULAC’s stated strategies of deep collaboration and a unified set of services that exceed traditional ILS capabilities. This RFP is intentionally broad in scope and focused on outcomes rather than detailed functional requirements. Respondents are strongly encouraged to respond with functional details and to convey how their service would work in a shared environment to achieve the outcomes described in the RFP.
