| Other Information | Wayne State University, on behalf of the Detroit Area Library Network (DALNET), invites you to submit information on Library Services Platforms, for DALNET, per the specifications and requirements contained in this Request for Information, entitled: Library Services Platforms. DALNET currently uses the Horizon Integrated Library System, from SirsiDynix, for providing Shared System Services to its consortium members. This system provides Acquisitions, Cataloging, Circulation, Inventory, Reserve Book Room, Serials, System Reporting (via the Web Reporter product), and a public interface catalog. DALNET is considering a migration to a new open Library Services Platform, and desires to implement a cloud-based multi-tenant solution, built on service oriented architecture, meeting five over-arching criteria for library services functionality. |
