| Other Information | Minnesota State University, Mankato acting as the fiscal agent for MnPALS, is requesting proposals to
assist in developing a Web-Scale Discovery service for all the libraries of the Consortium of MnPALS
Libraries. This RFP is undertaken by Minnesota State University, Mankato pursuant to the authority contained in provisions of Minnesota Statutes § 136F.581 and other applicable laws. Accordingly, MnPALS shall select the vendor(s) whose proposal(s), and oral presentation(s) if requested, demonstrate in MnPALS’s sole opinion, the clear capability to best fulfill the purposes of this RFP in a
cost effective manner. MnPALS reserves the right to accept or reject proposals, in whole or in part, and to
negotiate separately as necessary in order to serve the best interests of MnPALS. This RFP shall not obligate MnPALS to award a contract or complete the proposed project and it reserves the right to cancel this RFP if it is considered to be in its best interest. |
