IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDERS TO REVIEW THE COMPLETE RFP DOCUMENT TO ENSURE PROPER COMPLETION OF THEIR RESPONSE. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the provision of goods and services for the implementation of a COTS Integrated Library Information Management System (LIMS) as a solution to integrate Department of National Defence (DND), Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) Library collections. The RFP includes a requirement to procure all related labour, related training and training material, related documentation and a LIMS software platform to implement and support a LIMS. The required solution includes the licensing (and associated software products), installation of software, support, consultation, training, customization, testing, configuration and migration of data, and implementation and on-going maintenance services. Deliverables/Services to be provided as part of the ILS Solution at each Library location are, but not limited to, the following: a)Software License(s), and associated software products, including all ILS Software documentation; b)Training, on-site at each location, including documentation; c)Full System Implementation, to include but not be limited to: iData Migration, Indexing and Loading iiData Mapping and Conversion iiiIntegration, installation and set-up of proposed ILS Solution for each Library ivFinal System Acceptance d)Software Maintenance and Support Services, including upgrades and enhancements, for a period of Three (3) Years; e)Software Maintenance and Support Services, including upgrades and enhancements, for Three (3) additional One (1) Year periods, each to commence upon the expiration of the previous year; f)Other Optional Vendor products/services as detailed in the SOW. The Period of the Contract(s) shall be seventy-two (72) months, including Options. Contract issue is anticipated prior to July 2015, with initial deliverables made on or before 31 March 2016.
