Precision One now available in Windows platform

In the early 90’s, Brodart Automation created the immensely popular Precision One Cataloguing System. Now, in January of 2001, the Precision One Cataloguing System will be available in an updated WINDOWS format. This system has always impressed users with its extensive resource database of MARC records tailored to maximize the "hit rate" for school and public libraries. It contains 2,000,000+ records selected from the Library of Congress database and Brodart’s other proprietary resource databases found in school and public libraries, plus several hundred thousand additional records copied from Brodart’s retrospective conversion files and the Books Division’s database of professionally catalogued books. These unique features combine to create an extremely cost-effective tool that provides a hit rate approaching hit rates of the best-known online bibliographic utilities
