Talis Information Limited started trading on 1st April 1999, taking over all the assets and contractual responsibilities of BLCMP (Library Services) Limited.

Talis has evolved from BLCMP. To be precise, Talis Information Ltd is the newly created profit-making company which now deals with all the business formerly associated with BLCMP.

For two decades we have been star performers in library information systems and 100 libraries in the UK, Eire and Channel Isles have found solutions in Talis.

Talis is also moving forward to new ventures. A strong research and development plan is in place to take the company forward into the new millennium with innovative solutions for library and information services.
