Oslo, Norway – 3 April 2026 – The Oregon Institute of Technology is migrating from CONTENTdm to TIND Digital Archive and TIND Institutional Repository. By consolidating its digital collections and institutional repository into a single platform, Oregon Tech will streamline metadata workflows and significantly enhance discovery for its unique polytechnic research.

Oregon Tech is unifying its diverse materials, from historical photography to faculty research, into a single platform. Moving from disparate systems to TIND allows the library to manage its digital collections and scholarly research output within a single, integrated workflow.

Cate Guenther, University Librarian at Oregon Tech, said, "At Oregon Institute of Technology, we are committed to elevating the visibility and impact of our applied research and creative scholarship. Launching our Institutional Repository and Digital Archive with TIND marks an important step in bringing our libraries into a new age of publishing. We're excited not only to go live, but to partner with TIND in developing tools that meet the evolving needs of polytechnic universities and the communities they serve".

This transition allows the library to maintain high-standard metadata while providing a seamless, modern interface for students and global researchers alike.
