Coherent Digital today announced the launch of Applied Nursing and Allied Health, a new online database that delivers current, practical, real-world content created by practicing clinicians and allied health professionals.
The collection fills a critical gap by capturing applied materials that rarely appear in books or scholarly journals. Content is drawn from over 500 organizations worldwide. Formats include reports, white papers, blogs, podcasts, videos, surveys, and narratives—information essential to contemporary nursing and allied health education, but missing from traditional databases.
Applied Nursing and Allied Health provides indexing and full text access to more than 200,000 items, with new content added continually—this is a living database that will continue to grow and provide unmatched currency.
The collection offers broad, interdisciplinary coverage across nursing and allied health fields, supporting programs at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels in nursing, exercise science, nutrition, physical therapy, occupational therapy, dental assisting, radiology, speech-language pathology, audiology, behavioral and mental health, and others—making the database particularly valuable for interprofessional education and cross-disciplinary research.
