Concordia Seminary -- Saint Louis

St. Louis, MO, and Oslo, Norway -- November 28. Concordia Seminary has implemented the TIND Integrated Library System, migrating from EBSCO FOLIO. TIND ILS is selected because of its clear, straightforward interface and data flows. Concordia Seminary joins a growing community of smaller academic and specialized libraries using TIND ILS.

"Concordia Seminary chose TIND because of its clear, straightforward interface and data flows. The single sign-on platform for all products, all users, and all staff offers great stability, which was very important to us as we moved away from a previous ILS that suffered from significant design weaknesses. TIND is clean, every MARC field is indexed, and they communicate regularly with their client libraries. We are happy to be part of the TIND community." said Eric Stancliff, Assistant Director of Library Services.

The Seminary's decision reflects a growing trend among smaller academic and special libraries seeking a modern, right-sized, and actively developed system. TIND ILS offers an intuitive and lean alternative to complex Library Services Platforms (LSPs), while also providing powerful tools for cataloging, search, and batch processing.
