This year, Lyngsoe Systems Library Solutions proudly celebrates the 10-year anniversary of CEO, Henrik Kjeldgaard, and General Manager, Phil Farrell. Over the past decade, Henrik and Phil have guided the company confidently through significant growth, innovation, and acquisitions, establishing a strong foundation for the future.
Henrik began his journey with Lyngsoe Systems as Business Unit Director for the library division, later advancing to Senior Vice President and now Chief Executive Officer. His path within the company mirrors the company's own development under his leadership: defined by precision, a clear vision, and ambitious goals.
Phil's story with Lyngsoe began differently. He first joined 2CQR, which later became part of the P.V. SUPA Group, before both companies were acquired by Lyngsoe. Through these transitions, Phil's adaptability, commitment, and focus on long-term goals proved invaluable. Today, he heads the company's operations in the United Kingdom, where he leads with a keen awareness that success is a collective achievement.
Together, Henrik and Phil have overseen the launch of groundbreaking solutions that have transformed the way libraries operate, strengthened customer relationships, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement across the company.
Reflecting on the past decade, Henrik shares, "It has been quite the journey, which only has been possible by having a great team behind our continuous improvements on products and processes. Acquiring the P.V. SUPA group (including 2CQR) in 2021 has been one of the key moments of taking our combined Library business to the next level, where we find ourselves today. I am very proud of the whole Lyngsoe Systems Library Solutions team across all the countries we serve for having joined me on this journey."
Phil adds, "Wow – where did 10 years go! Having been working with Libraries for the majority of my career, I moved to 2CQR with a strong belief that success comes from working together with Libraries. Helping libraries deliver their services with second to none products and support is the most rewarding role we can have. I have been privileged to work with a group of people who share the same goals.
