In late March, Libero customers came together for 2 valuable days in Leipzig, Germany for the very first European Knosys Libero User Group Conference.

The conference provided an opportunity for our customers to:

• Share ideas and feedback on future features and how to optimise the user experience;
• Take part in interactive, practice-oriented masterclasses.

Technology updates and what's new

Knosys Chief Technology Officer, Nic Passmore, provided customers with updates for what to expect from Libero for cloud customers over the coming months including:

• New Discovery
• Events Management for libraries
• Room and Library Resource bookings
• Improvements for Member Management that improves the member experience with the library even more

And exciting plans for the coming 12 – 18 months.

Attendees enjoyed masterclasses led by Knosys Libero Support Consultants. These sessions focused on hot topics and addressed frequently asked questions from customers, offering practical tips and tricks. Some of the highlights included:
