Rockville, MD - October 30, 2024. LibLime is pleased to welcome four new public libraries to the LibLime customer family as their migrations to Bibliovation 7.4 have concluded successfully. These four libraries are all in South Korea and serve different populations throughout the country. The first library serves a community northeast of Yangju; the second library is responsible for patrons southwest of Chilgok; the third library supports users in province of Gyeonggi; and the fourth library is in the northern suburbs of Daegu. The libraries completed their migrations to Bibliovation 7.4 in early Fall. The implementations covered full data migrations, system configurations, and multiple training sessions for both library management and library line staff. Under the leadership of a LibLime PMP-certified project manager the migrations were completed in ninety days and the library staffs are all now utilizing the workflows and functionality available in Bibliovation 7.4. These libraries are now benefiting from a 100% web-based library management solution hosted in a FedRAMP-certified facility.
As new members of the LibLime customer community, the staffs of all four libraries are now enjoying reading and commenting on the bi-weekly entries found published to the LibLime blog -- https://liblime.com/category/liblime/blog/. Bibliovation 7.4 was chosen by each library because of LibLime's long-running use of a multi-tenant, distributed computing environment in AWS and the cost savings that LibLime's mastery of hosting services is able to deliver.
