Press Release: Lived Places Publishing [May 8, 2024]

Lived Places Publishing announces the launch of the 2024 collection

New York, NY -- May 3, 2024. Building on the success of the 2023 inaugural collection of 40 ground-breaking ebook titles oriented around the intersection of Social Identity and Place, Lived Places Publishing has just launched the 2024 Collection of 25 additional titles.

Structured as Course Readings, these narrative works are curated under a set of themes including Gender Studies, Forced Migration, Latinx Studies, Artists Studies, Queer & LBGT+ Studies, Disability Studies, Black Studies, and the newest themes Middle Eastern Studies and Jewish Studies.

Curated by theme editors, each work is commissioned for Lived Places, helping to ensure that marginalized voices are not silenced.

Title lists for the 2023 and 2024 collections provide a topic overview of each title.

Lived Places Publishing provides the collections in a DRM-free environment with unlimited user access. The Collections are sold on a perpetual access basis, as a one-time investment without ongoing fees. A portion of each sale value is sequestered to help underwrite the publication of Open Access titles, with the first title now fully funded and published.

A special bundle offer combining the 2023 and 2024 Collections is available through the end of June 2024.
