By utilizing targeted segments of their patron base, the library aims to provide more personalized updates, news, and event information to the 200,000+ residents of Amarillo. With a vast collection of over 500,000 resources and materials, the library circulates more than 1.5 million items annually, showcasing their commitment to serving the community.

Montgomery County Department of Public Libraries in Rockville, Maryland will implement library card address verification via Springshare's Patron Point platform. Employing GIS map data and integration with the library's Koha ILS, Patron Point's Verify service will automatically check patron identity and issue cards to applicants within the library's service area. Immediate card issuance will allow patrons to begin using the library sooner while saving staff time and processing costs. MCPL patrons have access to 22 branch locations across Rockville and Montogomery County. With 10 million items in their collection, the library system circulates roughly 11.4 million items annually including an ever-expanding catalog of digital materials.
