Stamford, CT -- August 21, 2023. Communico, an integrated suite of cloud-based applications designed and built for libraries is pleased to welcome Joy Nelson to its executive team as Vice President of Operations. In her new position, Ms. Nelson will lead the management, implementation and support operations at Communico and ensure the products and service meets the needs of their library partners.
Ms. Nelson joins Communico with over 12 years of leadership and operations experience in libraries, software implementation, and software development. She brings a wealth of library and SaaS experience to Communico along with a deep commitment to empowering libraries in their mission.

Ms. Nelson earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and a Master of Information Science from the University of North Texas. She is currently studying for a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University.
