Unique Library is pleased to announce that Spartanburg County Public Libraries (SCPL) have launched phone service from Unique Virtual Patron Services. The service will shift the responsibility of answering phone calls at times from the staff at SCPL to Unique's patron communication team, enabling staff to spend more time with patrons.
By supporting library staff with call answering, they can be redeployed to fulfill their daily tasks, spend more time with patrons, or take on more projects within the four walls of the library.
