Graham's ‘vision for one legal taxonomy' was presented, thanks to the recently re-engineered poly-hierarchical thesaurus, now available with API access which permits library teams to share and integrate taxonomies with other applications used across the firm. He showed how it is entirely possible to integrate with 3rd parties to expand your library, pushing live feeds into branded search portals for your firm with integration with the likes of iManage, SharePoint, Legal Search Connect and others.

Graham also introduced how quickly and effectively you can now manage end-user document submission, capture know-how, articles, and deeds within Soutron. With the latest release of the system, law firms can automate an entire document submission and review system in Soutron, passing a document, article, or report between peers and finally back to the library team for acceptance within the catalogue.
