Coherent Digital today announced the expansion of its US sales team.
Lenny Rogers is promoted to Senior Director, University Partnerships and Sales. In the newly created role, he'll work closely with key accounts and consortia. Lenny remarks, "It's been a pleasure working closely with major consortia, including BTAA and CRL, and I look forward to doing so more broadly. I'm particularly excited to be innovating new business models and to help shape diverse collections like Africa Commons."
Heather Dray joins the company as Sales Director, Account Development. Heather has more than twenty years' experience as a librarian and vendor. Previously, she held director roles at SAGE, Lyrasis, and American InterContinental University. Chief Operations Officer Genevieve Croteau notes, "In our search, Heather stood out for her strong values. We're excited to benefit from her many skills, not just in sales, but in supporting customers with training and outreach."
Said Heather, "I've watched Coherent grow quickly over the past few years, and now I'm delighted to be a part of it. I'm looking forward to renewing old friendships and to making sure that Coherent's work gets the attention it deserves."
Stephen Rhind-Tutt, the company president, said, "My thanks to our customers whose support has made these hires possible, and my congratulations to Lenny and Heather. As we continue to grow our global sales and marketing team, we invite applicants for an open position to lead sales in the Asia Pacific region."
