Unique is proud to announce that Manitowoc-Calumet Library System (MCLS) has implemented MessageBee to enhance its circulation communications including SMS, email, and phone notifications options. With MessageBee, MCLS will now be able to reach their patrons however is most convenient for the library user using consistent library specific branding . The MCLS are now able to leverage dedicated spaces in these communications channels to notify patrons of services and materials on offer and see detailed analytics across all channels. The Unique Library technical service team assisted with the implementation and onboarding making the day-to-day service automated and hands off for the system.

The Manitowoc-Calumet Library System is a federated library system jointly formed by Manitowoc and Calumet Counties. The system is comprised of six public libraries in east central Wisconsin: Kiel, Manitowoc, and Two Rivers (Lester) in Manitowoc County, and Brillion, Chilton, and New Holstein in Calumet County.
